Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy
Unused Products
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund.
Opened Products & Allergic Reactions
Opened products may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. If an allergic reaction occurs, store credit will be issued.
No Cash Refunds
All approved refunds will be issued as store credit only.
Used Injectables & Services
Due to the irrevocable nature of injectables and spa treatments, refunds will not be issued once a product has been injected or a treatment rendered.
Series Discontinuation
If a client discontinues a series, credit for the unused portion of the discounted package may be applied toward other services or products.
Merchandise
Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid sales receipt and may be exchanged for product or store credit.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $35 fee per hour of service. First-time unintentional late cancellations may be charged a reduced $17.50 fee.
Group Cancellations
Appointments for 3 or more guests require 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule.
Voucher Refunds
Services purchased through third-party platforms such as Groupon are non-refundable through The Natural Place Med Spa unless deemed medically inapplicable. Voucher pricing defaults to our standard pricing.
Care Credit
Refunds through Care Credit are available only for services not rendered. Processing fees will be deducted as required.
Vitamin Returns
Opened vitamin bottles are not eligible for return. However, we are happy to work with the manufacturer for possible credit under their supplemental return policies.
Laser Services
For laser hair removal, please shave the treatment area in advance. Wear comfortable clothing. Technicians may only provide the services specifically purchased. Spot treatments are available for $100 per additional area or $75 for individual vascular or pigment targets. Notify your technician of any recent medication changes, antibiotic use, or contraindications such as pacemakers or implants, as your safety is our priority.
Your understanding and cooperation allow us to maintain the highest level of service and care for every client. Please manage or update your appointments through your online account or by contacting our office.
